Booking & Cancelation Policy
A valid credit card will be required to hold your reservation. You may cancel or change your appointment up to 24 hours in advance of your treatment without penalty. For changes, cancellations less than 24 hours and no-shows, you will be charged a 100% forfeiture fee to the card on file. By signing the intake form you consent to this charge.
Please understand that late cancellations directly affect my income, as they are rarely filled last minute. Failing to show up for a scheduled appointment for any reason will not excuse you from a late forfeiture fee.
If you are running late to your appointment your session will be ending at the originally scheduled time. If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be considered a no-show and may no longer be available.
Additional Policies for MVA Clients
Your auto insurance will be billed as the primary party responsible for payment. It is you're responsibility as the policy holder to monitor your PIP balance and the remaining balance. If your PIP funds run out you will be financially responsible for the balance due for unpaid treatments not covered by your insurance. If you're working with a lawyer bills for unpaid sessions can be sent to your lawyers office to be paid once your claim is settled.
I do not continue massage treatment after a PIP balance has been exhausted. If further treatment is required you may pay out of pocket for your massage treatment.
