If you’re new around here, welcome! I’m Heather, an Oregon native who has served the Sandy area with massage therapy for nearly 10 years. I took a bit of time off from my massage practice in 2019 and early 2020 when my husband and I welcomed our sweet little boy into our lives and I transitioned into the overwhelming but lovely role of motherhood.

I’m so glad to be back providing massage and get back to what I love the most, connecting with my clients and helping you feel the best you can in your body in a relaxing environment!

When I’m not working in the office a few days a week you can find me spending time at the local garden center with a cup of coffee. I love just browsing at plants and coming up with gardening inspiration. As a family we enjoying going on short hikes with our dog and sleeping in on the weekend when we’re able to.
