about heather

Welcome! I’m Heather, an Oregon native who has served the Sandy area with massage therapy for nearly 12 years. My primary practice focus is allowing my clients the space to rest and unwind while also integrating techniques that address a “trouble area”. I have extensive training in structural bodywork, specifically with the neck, shoulders and back.

Your massage session is tailored to your needs. Whether you want to rest and relax or if you’re looking for deeper, structural changing bodywork to reduce your pain, increase your motion and evolve your movement patterns.

Self care is incredibly important to me, especially as a mom. When I’m not in the office you’ll find me at the local Crossfit gym or taking nature walks with my pup and kiddo. Also, I love to sleep and receive massage myself!

Therapeutic massage or just relaxing care!

Heather does amazing work. She is intuitive and knowledgably focuses in on specific areas of concern just as easily as she can give a general relaxing massage. She communicates well so I can let her know if I need focused care or just a break from the world...

If you have never had a professional massage before, I think Heather would be great for newbies too! She is confident and able to make clients feel assured. Treat yourself!

I have been going to Heather for my massages for several years. She genuinely cares about what is ailing me, listens with intent and makes suggestions to how I can help my various aches at home. Her massage technique, I feel, is tailored to me as an individual. She just knows what is going to feel good and how much pressure I need.

She also provides a calm, tranquil atmosphere. I leave her massages feeling so relaxed and loose. It is heavenly! I highly recommend her and have sent many of my friends her way.
